Collaborating with the report authors and the Executive Vice President of Projects, Stewardship & Science, I developed a system and symbol to convey their complex ideas and findings. The design features clear chapter breaks and distinct visual distinctions between various types of information, creating a subtle textural quality. The color palette is also understated, allowing the dense text to breathe. Overall, the design imparts a sense of subtle beauty, grace, and wisdom.
